Do It Yourself Fall Crafts

Fall is arriving, and what better ways to start the season with new do it yourself, (DIY), decorations? We have two cute seasonal crafts that will help you spice up your room. They’re super easy, and we know you’ll love them. 



Mason Jar Candle Holder

For this craft you will need a Mason jar, fake leaves, a paint brush, Mod Podge, and a tea light candle. You can find all of these supplies on Amazon or at your local craft store. For all of the supplies, you can expect to pay about 15 dollars. 

Steps

1.   Grab a Mason jar and fake leaves. Take the fake leaves off the stems. You can do this by cutting them or just pulling them off.

2.   Take the Mod Podge and a brush and brush it all over the outside of the jar. Take the leaves and stick it on the Mod Podge.

3.   Take a tea light candle and put it in the jar.

4.   Let the leaves dry on the jar and then you can light your candle.

 Fall Pillow Cases

For this craft you will need a white pillow case, brown and orange fabric paint, tape, a paint brush, and a stencil of an owl, pumpkin, or anything fall related. You can find all of these supplies on Amazon or at your local craft store. For all of the supplies, you can expect to pay about 20 dollars or under.

Steps

1. Take your pillow case and tape your stencil to it.

2. Paint inside the stencil.

3. Wait for the paint to dry.

4. Take the tape and stencil off when the paint is dry. Now you’re ready to put your fall pillow case on your pillow.
